Navin and Tanjana Chandra have recently secured their off-the-plan apartment at Proximity and spoke to us about their property journey.

As a family, one of their key requirements when looking for a new home was the location; “after a year of searching for our perfect home, we chose Proximity for its location, the quality of finishes and the extremely comparable market price. The location was the most important factor for us, especially having the key services including transport, shopping, schools and other urban amenities close to our new home,” the couple explained.

The apartments are only three minutes’ walk from the Rouse Hill Town Centre with plenty of cafes, restaurants, retail options and a cinema nearby. The couple is looking forward to embracing the extra space at their new apartment; “we’re moving from a 2-bedroom apartment to a more spacious 3-bedroom apartment at Proximity. The large bedrooms, quality kitchen and overall layout of the apartment is of the highest quality and brings a distinct modern element to everyday family living. The generously sized balcony will also enhance our lifestyle as we regularly host family and friends for dinner parties.”

The couple highly recommends buying off-the-plan to their friends and family. They explained that “buying off-the-plan at Proximity was straightforward and simple. Our CBRE sales agent was very good, and we went through all the details together - it was much less of a hassle compared to building a house ourselves. Our Proximity apartment offered a selection of well-thought-out finishes that didn’t require any modifications - it was perfect.”
