Deicorp is committed to building a bright future for our industry by training and supporting the next generation of Project Manager and Site Foremen. This includes currently employing 12 apprentices and 6 cadets across our 10 construction projects.
We were delighted that the NSW Building Commissioner wanted to meet and talk with some of our recent graduates to learn about their interests and experiences in the industry and working with Deicorp.
Both Hass Mourad and Hayden Crowson distinguished themselves in their meeting with Mr Chandler and they brought great credit to themselves, their families and to Deicorp. The Commissioner was impressed with their ability to explain the reasons they pursued a career in construction and their understanding of Deicorp’s recent iCIRT rating.
We’ll continue to invest in our staff and build a strong future for Deicorp and the construction industry through our training, mentorship and encouragement to our young team.
